Our Walnut Kitchens have become increasingly popular since installing a large display in our showroom.

The kitchen below is a Solid Walnut inframe with black granite worktops. This Kitchen has some nice

features, including a corner canopy, high rise seating area and curved end to the breakfast bar area.

The kitchen plinth have LED lighting built into them to add an elegent touch. The American fridge

area sit nicely at the back of the room with a circular wine rack above the fridge.

Solid Wood, Granite & Corian Worktops- Woodale Designs.

Worktops have become a very important and functional part of the Kitchen. When it comes to painted kitchens Wood worktops are a very popular choice. Both Walnut and solid oak complement a painted kitchen very well, whereas granite, constituted stone and Corian work well with Oak kitchens and solid wood kitchens in general. Formica Worktops are a more affordable alternative with up to 300 colours to choose from.

Solid wood worktops can be either oiled of laquer finished (varnished). With an oil finish you get the natural beauty of the wood. Your worktops will need to be oiled up to twice a year in order to protect the wood from moister and wear. Laquer finish is permanent and seals the worktop from moister and provides good protection around the Kitchen sink area.

Granite wortop & constituted stone Worktops come in a variety of different colours and are very durable, they are both heat resistent and scratch resistent to a point. There are a wide range of front profiles to choose from, which means that the front edge of your worktop can have different chamfers and moulds.

Corian Worktop is a fabricated worktop and is seemless when installed on your kitchen. It also comes in many different colours. Corian also gives you the option to have the kitchen sink fabricated as Corian. The possibilities with this woktop are endless with shapes and curves being easy to create. When finish it gives the appearance of being one whole piece of worktop.

Q. Do you Manufacture your Kitchens?

Yes we manufacture all our kitchens in our factory premises from raw

materials. The latest technology is used to insure that your new kitchen

arrive to you as you can expect.

Q. How much is a Kitchen?

This will depend on the Kitchen design, Layout, choice of wood,

worktop and accessories you choose. In saying this we are

confident we will not be beaten on price when it comes to the

design and materials used.

Q. How long does it take for my new kitchen to arrive?

It usually take between 4-6weeks. We will design your kitchen

and visit your house for final measurementsand make sure all the

socket and power points are in the correct positions.

Q. Do you supply granite worktops & Corian?

Yes we supply granite and corian for all our kitchen.

The kitchen is installed first, the we take templates and your

Granite or Corian is installed between 5-6 days later.

Q Do you supply Electrical appliance?

Yes we can give you a quotation for all your electrical

appliance needs. We have a large range of manufacturers to choose

from. Neff, Gorenje, whirlpool, siemens, Bosch to name a few.

Q What do I need to order my new Kitchen?

All you need do is give our showroom a call in Carlow

or call in and see us. We will be more than happy to call

out for measurements, design and price you kitchen to

your individual needs.

Sliding wardrobes have become very popular in

recent years. We are currently working on a

2,500sq ft sliderobe showroom in Carlow town.

Our Sliderobes come in 22 different colour wood

with 10 different colours of glass to choose from.

There is no longer a need to go for the traditional

mirror sliding wardrobe. You can also design your

own wardrobe door in any colour or style and we

will manufacture it for you. Sloped ceilings in a

dormer bedroom? No problem, we can manufacture

your sliderobe to suit the different ceiling shapes.

Led Lighting by Woodale Designs Kitchens & Bedrooms

Led lighting is becoming very popular within our Kitchen Designs.

In the past we incorporated standard spot lighting into our Kitchens.

The problem we found with spot lighting were that bulbs needed to

be changed more frequently (2000hours) and they tend to get very

hot when turned on over long periods.

Led lighting on the other hand uses less electricity and bulb life is

an average of 60,000 hours. Plinth lights are also waterproof which is

an advantage when cleaning floors.
